Professional Conduct - I agree to follow all salon policies, including arriving on time, rescheduling within the required notice period of at least 24 hours, and refraining from inappropriate behaviour. - I acknowledge that if I arrive late to my appointment, my treatment will still end at the scheduled time, and the full treatment fee will apply. - I acknowledge the cancellation policy: Treatments that are canceled, rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice, or result in a no-show will be charged a 100% cancellation fee, payable on the day. I agree to pay for all treatments or services rendered within at least 48 hours of receiving the service. I understand that failure to do so may result in additional fees or restrictions on future bookings until payment is settled.
